Mongolia, 2005

We traveled to Mongolia in June, 2005 and explored the far western province of Olgii near the border of China, traveling on foot for about 9 days. We returned to the capital, Ulan Baatur, for the national Naadam Festival featuring wrestling, archery, horse racing and ankle bone shooting. We finished with a few days in the Gobi Desert
