Cordillera Real, Bolivia, 2002

We traveled to Bolivia in July and August, 2002. We flew to La Paz, the highest commercial airport in the world at 13,000 ft, explored the pre-Incan ruins around Lake Titicaca, trekked over 70 miles for 12 days in the Cordillera Real, then climbed Huayni Potosi at 19,970 ft (6088 m).
